Liverpool will face Shrewsbury on Tuesday evening as they look to progress into the next round of the FA Cup.
It promises to be a peculiar fixture at Anfield in the replay. Jurgen Klopp has already confirmed that neither he nor the club’s senior players will be available for the match as they will be away on their two-week winter break. As such, Neil Critchley and the U23s will be charged with keeping the Reds in the competition.

Here, we try to predict the starting XI he will pick.
In goal, Caoimhin Kelleher should come back in to the side. He did not have the best time of it in his previous appearance for the first team this term – he had to pick the ball out of the net five times in the Carabao Cup defeat against Aston Villa in December – but he will be hoping to make amends here.
The backline should include Adam Lewis and Neco Williams at full-back. Yasser Larouci played on the left in the first match against Salop, but he now has an injury that could keep him out of the clash. As such, Lewis could get his opportunity. At centre-back, we could see Sepp van den Berg and Ki-Jana Hoever.
In midfield, Liam Coyle could take up a defensive midfield role, whilst Pedro Chirivella and Elijah Dixon-Bonner start just in front of him. The former has featured in all of Liverpool’s cup games this term and, as the oldest player in the team, he may be given the captain’s armband – that was the case against the Villans.

Up front, Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott should feature on the flanks. Both have already played in this competition and the Carabao Cup – the former even scored against Everton and against the League One side a couple of weeks ago.
Joe Hardy, 21, could make his Liverpool debut after joining from Brentford in January.
Meanwhile, Liverpool fans laud this man’s performance against Southampton.
