The USWNT have announced that they will host Costa Rica in an international friendly on July 16 as their 'Send-Off' match for the Paris Olympic Games.

The U.S. announced that they will return to Audi Field – home of the Washington Spirit – to host the Ticos in an international friendly. The roster for the match will feature the 2024 U.S. women's national team Olympic roster, with their July 13 clash with Mexico consisting of the same group, as well.

The match will be Hayes' fourth in charge with her squad, giving her a string of matches to leave her mark on the team ahead of the marquee event in France. When the Paris Games begin, the USWNT will take on Zambia, Germany and Australia in the Group Stage of the tournament.
